NLRB Confirms FedEx Home Northboro Ruling

The latest NLRB order confirms that FedEx Home drivers in Northboro, Massachusetts are employees. The order confirms an earlier decision and comes after a request for review made by FedEx. In NLRB procedures, the order following review establishes the regional director's decision as a precedent.
