April 26 Oregon Jury Awards FedEx Ground Driver MillionsOn April 28, a Multnomah County Circuit Court jury awarded a former FedEx Ground driver more than $7 million in damages.  The driver, Michael Wieber, claimed that the company wrongly terminated his contract.  A FedEx Ground spokesman said the company will appeal the award.
