March 20 FedEx Litigation: Summary Judgement Motions Due 4/11The Judge in the U.S. District Court for Northern Indiana had a status meeting on March 19.  The Memphis paper reports that the motions for summary judgment - where both sides would seek to ask that case to be stopped because the judge should rule that the drivers are or are not employees - has been set for April 11.
