Clausnitzer vs FedEx Express

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for Central California in December 2005.  The plaintiffs allege that FedEx Express discriminates against couriers above 40 years old in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.  The plaintiffs are seeking class certification for couriers who have faced inequal evaluation practices that discriminate against older couriers since 1994.  Click here for more on this age discrimination case.
